| Duties: | ESAB Production Operators will safely manufacture welding consumables following established processes and procedures focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives |
| Qualifications: | Preferred Qualifications for these positions include:
Associates degree (60 credit min.)
Lean Manufacturing Experience
Experience within a large scale, fast-paced production facility
All Candidates are required to have the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of verifiable manufacturing experience
Ability to work 12 hour shifts within a daily, rotating 24/7 schedule within a heavy manufacturing facility
Successful attainment of a high school diploma or GED
Successful completion of Pre-employment Assessment testing
Must pass pre-employment screening that includes: Drug screening, criminal background screening, pre-employment physical and fit for duty screening.
